Tins and walls.

So I was messing around with lighting today, I haven't looked at any tutorials yet so things are extremely basic. I think I want some god rays/ sun rays coming through the windows. I've had to remove them for the time being, because I don't fully understand the lighting system in UDK the rays were coming through the walls etc. so for the time being I am going to focus on textures, get the majority of them out the way. I kind of fixed the normals on the ivy too. I added some into the interior mainly to hide a bad texturing issued that line up perfectly well in max but for some reason wont in UDK. Cheap tricks but ATM I don't really have the time.

New texturesss! I started on the windows today, I like the small window as the darker wood seems to stand out more, I am still deciding if I should darken the main window however if that's going to be my main light source I think the light will react better with the lighter wood.
I textured the tins and made some variations, I needed to stop staring at wood for a bit as I was working on the walls and log ends.

I completed the door texture but I realised that the texture doesn't completely line up with the wall pieces around it so I need to look at the Uvs of the door piece again. I also fixed the issue with the window piece and the small wall lining up the textures, for some reason the small wall texture was flipped. This is now resolved so technically I can remove the indoor ivy but I don't know I kind of like it.
I also changed the material on the bottle today, the big black shadows have been removed but they still don't look right.
