Today I realised I need to make a daily plan. I want to have the interior fully finished (excluding lighting) by the end of February. I know its a lot but all I really need to do is texture. I think ill be able to do it. I just need to get up early instead of sleeping in. I've done a daily plan where I have to finish modelling and unwrapping at least one asset. There is not many left that need finishing so that's not too bad, after that I need to complete at least 3 textures. This should be easily do able.
So today on the daily plan I had to finish modelling and fully unwrap the table and chair.

After reimporting these I realised there was no light on the draw of the desk. Since I thought I had already finished this it was a bit annoying until I realised I hadn't light mapped the draw. This is now fixed and working fine.
I checked around my scene and noticed my normals are working fine, I was a little concerned they weren't noticeable when the lighting was added however they seem to be working fine
One issue I've been noticing for a while now is that there are shadows along my seams of the meshes. I noticed this on the walls mainly and thought it would be the light maps however I've noticed it on the bowls and other object too.
So I found a forum thread and tried that out and still no luck ¬.¬ I cant seem to find what I am looking for and its extremely frustrating!
From this I then resorted to Youtube. one of the Videos made me think about light map resolution and this helped a bit though not as much as I would have liked. The main issue that was bugging me was the one on the small window wall. I couldn't get my head around why it was creating shadows mid mesh, until I realised I had unwrapped them wrong and needed to attach certain parts of the shells. From this I then checked other meshes just to be sure that I haven't made the same mistake again and fortunately I only had the one which was a quick fix.
Light map resolution at 64 (top) and 128 (bottom) (ignore base textures)
I will carry this research on in the morning as its getting quite late and I plan on being up early.
